You asked about clips for the songs with which you are unfamiliar. AOL's original list has audio of all 111 songs on their list...I think you have to use IE to hear them, as I had no luck with Firefox.
Thanks, Snowed In. I have been relying on 30-second clips off Amazon.com but the AOL list is much better.
